Casa Cocos Yucatan is a house located between Progreso and Chicxulub, Yucatan, 40 minutes from Merida. Beach front located and sea view its offered for vacation rentals or long term rentals every month of the year. Enjoy the sea breeze and the spectacular sunsets that only the Yucatecan coast offers, in the midst of absolute tranquility.
Due to its location, the port of Progreso is only 10 minutes away from the house, so it is no more tan only 15 minutes away from supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, markets, pharmacies and stores of the port.
Interesting point like Uyamitun for flamingos watching its 20 minutes away, Chichen Itza 2 hours away, Merida 40 minutes away, 7 cenotes 1 hour 40 minutes away,
The house is located in a very quiet area and is the ideal place to rest.
It has a large terrace with a spectacular ocean view, in the main house has 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen.
In the back of the house there is an additional bedroom and a maid’s room with laundry.
